First time in a long time have i done strength workout for the legs. i usually do something like 185x10 or 195x10 two times a week. But decided that i need to build strength for the legs. hopefully in a couple weeks, my numbers will shoot back up.
Felt tired going into the workout, kinda half assed the last half. didnt put forth my best.

today was super shty.
since i don't go to a gym, i do squats from my bench press. the arms only extend to the bottom of my chest. so when i'm ready to do a squat, i'm already at like 60 degrees. sucks balls.
since it pissed me off this is all i got done.
185x5
195x5
205x3
205x3
to top it off, somewhere on the back side of my right hip there's always a pain that never goes away. kind of like a rotator cuff injury. if anyone knows what i can do to prevent this, i'd love to know.
edit: i had cross country ealier today, and we ran 3 miles.Last edited by Miscbrahs; 08-26-2009 at 06:54 PM.
