    Thoughts:
-Again, diet listings are from previous day, hit macros pretty well yesterday.
-Had an awesome arm session today. Never really had the strength to do real Dips, finally able to get out some w/good form, hoping to build up to sets of 10+
-Supplement Notes - The only thing I can say right now is about 30 minutes after my first doses I seemed to have really good focus, whether it was laundry, cleaning, organizing for our garage sale, I seemed really zoned in on whatever I was doing. Maybe related to the PEA?

    great setup-- I'm subed

The focus is probably from the PEA, I noticed that, too when I ran Phoenix a while back. Great stuff. I'm surprised you were able to take 2 in the evening and haven't yet posted about being too alert to sleep, lol. I took mine upon waking before breakfast and a little before lunch. I don't think I'd have been able to sleep otherwise haha

Thanks for stopping in! Ya, I don't know if it is from all the soda and energy drinks I use to have when I was younger, but I am a stimulant monster. I would dose any pre-workout supp at full serving for a 9 pm workout, get home at 10:30 and be sound asleep at 11. I have yet to meet a supplement that truly sends me off the walls. Guess we are all different. I really am liking the focus so far though, I will track it through the log.

    Day 2

    Dosing:
    -Phoenix - 2 @ 8:30/2 @ 1:30 - ~30 min pre-workout
    -C-Bolic - Dosed with Phoenix

    Diet:
    Fat ~ 70 g
    Carbs ~ 215 g
    Protein~ 225 g
    Calories ~ 2390 calories

    Training:
    Miscellaneous
    -15 minutes on bike
    -Light ab work
    -Active stretching
    -Light calve work
    -More stretching

    Thoughts:
-Diet was good yesterday. Usually my weekly cheat meal falls on a friday, but I was pumped for this log and nothing sounded great so I just stuck with a normal day of eating.
-Very light training session, long week of work in 100+ weather and hit the weights hard mon-fri, so got a good warm up and pump up and stretched a lot.
    -Supplement Notes
    - Good focus again today, nothing in the energy department.
-I was reading up on several articles about forskolin, and based on BBS C-bolic, the purity and dosage of this product IMO makes it one of the top products of this sort on the market today. Very impressed. Interested to see how it works as a vasodialator.
-I am not sure if it was from some excess carbs before bed last night, but when I woke up my hip cuts in my lower abs were tighter and more defined than usual. Again can't contribute it to the products after 1 day, but will keep an eye on and note if I see a pattern.

Had some time today, added a few things to the layout

    Day 3

    Dosing:
    Phoenix - 2 @10 AM, 2@3 PM
    C-Bolic - " "

    Relevant Information:
    Sleep - 10.0 hrs.
    Water Intake - 1 gallon
    Hours Worked - 0 - Off today

    Diet:
    Fat ~ 95 g
    Carbs ~ 310 g
    Protein~ 180 g
    Calories ~ 2815 calories

Delicious item of the day - Yogurt Raisins

Notes: Had my semi-cheat meal yesterday. Actually didn't do much damage, only ended up 400 calories over my normal day. When I do cheat days/carb ups, I tend to keep protein lower.

    Training:
    OFF

Notes: Today we rest, for tomorrow we deadlift! Rear delts are unusually sore today. Haven't worked them since Thursday, kind of weird.

    Supplement Notes:
Energy - Slight energy boost this morning
Focus - Focus has been noticeable again today
Appetite Suppression - Haven't noticed this yet, but am really hoping it kicks in as I feel like I always want to eat.
Rapid Fat Loss - Too early to note
Muscle Sparing Fat Loss - Too early to note

Just in case anyone was curious what my diet looks like beyond macros, I will list my weekly grocery list as I just got done grocery shopping. I don't list all my meals out cuz I figure no one really cares, but here is an idea of the kind of food I am eating.

    This Week:
    -3 lbs. chicken breast
    -3 lbs. ground turkey - 93/7
    -1 lb. Tilapia
    -30 large eggs
    -1 lb. dry oatmeal
    -1 lb. dry brown rice
    -1 gallon 2% milk
    -1 loaf whole wheat bread
    -2 lbs. 2% cottage cheese
    -1 lb. cashews

Pretty typical for a week of food, give or take a few items.

And I just realized I am almost out of teh proteinz brb placing order

Also I note I forgot to mention with the supplements is that my vascularity was pretty ridiculous today, no activity but veins were really showing, even a little in the triceps.

I am hoping I am completely off creatine and pre-wo stims so I can really gauge your guys products. But from what I have read about forskolin, I am pretty confident C-bolic will fill the gap.

    Day 4

    Dosing:
    Phoenix -2 @ 9am, 2 @ 2 pm
    C-Bolic -1 @ 9 am, 1 @ 2 pm

    Relevant Information:
    Sleep - ~ 8.0 hrs.
    Water Intake - ~ 1.5 gallons
Hours Worked - ~ Off the next couple days

    Diet:
    Fat ~ 76 g
    Carbs ~ 190
    Protein~ 200
    Calories ~ 2244

Notes: Diet was really clean yesterday, calories are always a bit lower on Sundays because I am always inactive on that day.

    Training:
    Back/Light Biceps
    -Deadlift - 135x3, 225x3, 315x1, 365x1, 415x0, 415x1!--drop--315x5, 275x8, 225x10
    -T-Bar Rows - 225x8, 250x6, 270x5--drop--180x10
    -Seated DB curls - 40sx10, 45sx8, 50sx6
    -Neutral grip pulldowns - 180x12, 195x10, 210x8, 225x6PR
    -Good Mornings - 135x8, 155x6, 185x6PR
    -Rope Cable curls - 100x10, 90x12, 80x15, 70xF - minimal rest
    -Straight arm lat pulls - FST-7 - 70x10,x10,x10,80x10,x10,90x10,x10 - 5 second rest

Notes: Oh my, workout today was rediciulous, back was insanely swole and the pump in biceps was awesome, those rope curls really fill them up with blood. Hit a couple of PRs which I was very happy about, it was just crazy today, I felt awesome in the gym. 415 on deads is a PR, but I locked it out for maybe a fraction of a second so I am hesitant to count it, but I can put a guarantee that by the end of this log I will have 415 locked out no problem. After just coming off a stack with a natty test booster and a creatine blen +pre-wo supp, I was pretty nervous I was going to lose some strength, but if today is any sign of what is to come then wow just wow. Will do cardio+abs tonight.

    Supplement Notes:
Energy - Slight energy boost this morning
Focus - Focus during workout was great, didn't want to leave
Appetite Suppression - Still pretty hungry
Rapid Fat Loss - Too early to note
Muscle Sparing Fat Loss - Too early to note
    Strength - Is up!

    Inspiration

Not logging it right now. Hoping to get picked to run a sponsored log here soon. Bulk is off and running. (Pretty dirty start to it, kinda went on a cheat week!)
