So for the football off-season I've been training alone, and taken up a power lifting style training, I love it. thanks to everyone in the section who helped me.
I have to start lifting with my team though, and the whole reason I train solo is because the routine is horrible, I've shown it to a few of my Kenis. major friends and even a PHD and all said its way too much volume, and it has shown, after a few months, kids are getting weaker.. im not sure why maybe no juice?
the routines basically ME every day...along with olympic lifts thrown in every day..
his routine calls for 90% of 1 RM every day..
Mon-ME lower
Tues-ME uper
Wed-ME lower
-Thurs-ME upper
Friday-ME lower
the lifting takes place for an hour,
then after that, we condition for 1 1/2 hours,
then to agility drills for 1 1/2 more hours,
everybody except me doesn't eat until 3-4 hours after lifting..
What can i do so I dont overtrain without turning to something illegal? i'm only 17..
I've worked hard for strength gains, please help

thanks.. I try to avoid it as much as possible, but i have to go for these 2-3 weeks in summer, then a month off then during 3 weeks in august..
our workout looks lke
all done in 35-40 mins
45-75 seconds of rest inbetween sets..
