Fusion Bodybuilding
SUB-Q
SUB-Q in the BodyBuilding.com Store.
First, I would like to thank Chris, Adrian, George, and everyone at Fusion for this opportunity, as well as the very generous package I received not too long ago. I intend to make very good use of it!
It wasn't asked, nor suggested that I log any products, but this is the least I could do!
All right...
Beginning on Monday, May 10, I will be cutting.
I've held steady between 218-220 lbs., ~14-15% of which is bodyfat, for the past 6 weeks. And while I began at 225 lbs., 18%, I notice a change thus far.
This next month (and possibly another) I'll be putting on a few final touches.
Goal:
I feel that (with proper diet, training, and supplementation, of course) I can reach 210 lbs., ~11-12% by the final day. The Fitness Director at the college I'm employed at will be testing my bodyfat (using calipers) on Monday afternoon to get an approximate base reading.
Diet:
My diet will remain the same, consisting of 3 main meals and snacks/shakes in between. It's worked thus far, so if it ain't broke...
Training:
In recent weeks, I've noticed my strength has been increasing, so I've been using that to my advantage on specific lifts.
Sunday: Legs/Triceps/Abs
Monday: OFF
Tuesday: OFF
Wednesday: Chest/Abs
Thursday: OFF
Friday: Back/Traps
Saturday: Shoulders/Biceps
I'll explain why I find my training scheme to be productive as we go along.
Cardio:
I will be doing cardio (LISS) 6 days/week, 2 sessions per day.
Additional Supplementation:
Fusion's AGENT-M
Xtreme Formulations' UP 2.0, UP Whey, Cytofuse
Sportpharma's Daily-V (Multi-V, Joint-V)

I have also collected a number of informative resources on individual ingredients, which I will be more than happy to provide upon request.

For those concerned with the inclusion of Green Tea derived from Camellia sinensis, which SUB-Q does contain, I offer this:
Safety of green tea extracts : a systematic review by the US Pharmacopeia.
Green tea [Camellia sinensis (L.) Kuntze] is the fourth most commonly used dietary supplement in the US. Recently, regulatory agencies in France and Spain suspended market authorization of a weight-loss product containing green tea extract because of hepatotoxicity concerns. This was followed by publication of adverse event case reports involving green tea products. In response, the US Pharmacopeia (USP) Dietary Supplement Information Expert Committee (DSI EC) systematically reviewed the safety information for green tea products in order to re-evaluate the current safety class to which these products are assigned. DSI EC searched PubMed (January 1966-June 2007) and EMBASE (January 1988-June 2007) for clinical case reports and animal pharmacological or toxicological information. Reports were also obtained from a diverse range of other sources, including published reviews, the US FDA MedWatch programme, USP's MEDMARX adverse event reporting system, the Australian Therapeutic Goods Administration, the UK Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency, and Health Canada's Canadian Adverse Drug Reaction Monitoring Program. Case reports pertaining to liver damage were evaluated according to the Naranjo causality algorithm scale. In addition, the Committee analysed information concerning historical use, regulatory status, and current extent of use of green tea products. A total of 216 case reports on green tea products were analysed, including 34 reports concerning liver damage. Twenty-seven reports pertaining to liver damage were categorized as possible causality and seven as probable causality. Clinical pharmacokinetic and animal toxicological information indicated that consumption of green tea concentrated extracts on an empty stomach is more likely to lead to adverse effects than consumption in the fed state. Based on this safety review, the DSI EC determined that when dietary supplement products containing green tea extracts are used and formulated appropriately the Committee is unaware of significant safety issues that would prohibit monograph development, provided a caution statement is included in the labelling section. Following this decision, USP's DSI ECs may develop monographs for green tea extracts, and USP may offer its verification programmes related to that dietary ingredient.

Nice! Post up in here anytime with your experience, dude.
Glad you're aboard, Show!
At least 20 days... I'll have a 2nd bottle on hand by then. I'll simply evaluate where I am when it comes time.
The thing is, when I employ a thermogenic, I drop weight drastically... So I have to carefully monitor my diet/cardio regime almost daily.
Reaching my goal in 20 days is very feasible for me... But I don't suppose I'll have any issue extending the log if I have to.

Welcome!
Show's enthusiasm definitely has me psyched up to get started on this, to be sure.
Went grocery shopping today to get my food together for the week. This is going to be absolutely epic!
However, tonight, I'm pigging out on pizza and some of that Turkey Hill Duetto that comes highly recommended...
It's going to be a while before I get to splurge again; I don't allow cheats when I'm in the zone.
Blame it on Eve...
Ribs, ribs, ribs, ribs...

Well, hello, sir.
Bob... Glad you're in on this, buddy, and I hope you decide to post up from time to time! Every one of your posts in every log I've seen have been nothing short of motivational.
My training and diet will remain virtually intact from my recomp, which I feel was quite successful, so the presence of SUB-Q will certainly be known when this comes to a close.
