Alright so since it's my "cheat" day I searched around for some fun, outside the box recipes. I haven't had pizza in a while and since I'm Italian I was in dire need of some traditional Italian cuisine. So, I came across this and tried it out, holy **** was it good. I doubled up some ingredients you called for and used 1/2 cup of egg whites instead of 2 eggs. The crust was somewhat bland due to the fact I used egg whites instead of eggs, so I compensated by putting some Thyme, Rosemary, Sage, Marjoram, Oregano and Basil on the top.
2 tbsp - Almond Flour
1 1/2 tbsp - Olive Oil (Love EVOO)
1 tbsp - Parmesan
1/2 Cup - Egg Whites (2 Large Eggs)
Mixed that and fried it as mentioned, then:
Spread on some organic marinara sauce, fat free natural Kraft cheese, shredded chicken breast then the seasonings I mentioned.
I had to take a pic, mmmmmm.
Edit: I used Canola Oil for the pan, it worked great.

You need to cook chicken for more than ten minutes unless it's pounded incredibly thin unlike your picture. I'm not trying to be a dick, but you are risking your health by eating undercooked chicken.
That being said, the pizza the op posted looks amazing, and I plan on making it when I am ketoing to cut.

I think I'm going to make a breakfast version tomorrow with some bacon, sausage and scrambled eggs. I'm going to try using ground flax for the crust in place of Almond. 6g carbs per Tbsp, all of which is Fiber. Not sure whether I'll use Alfredo or Tomato for sauce, but I'll post some pictures if it turns out good.
