Hi,
After reading this excellent article: http://www.t-nation.com/portal_inclu...-training.html I decided to control my caloric intake strictly. For the past 6 weeks I've been eating healthy ('clean') food 99% of the time, but I am unsure as to the amount I need to eat. The article has a handy table to help you estimate this based on your weight & BF. Unfortunately I workout at home and do not visit any gyms so I am forced to calculate my bodyfat using online tools. These tools seem very inaccurate. For example http://www.coopersguns.com/calculators/bf-calculator/ tells me my bf is 18.3% (which seems a bit high).
I posted relatively recent pics of myself here: http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showth...hp?t=114472881
My stats are:
weight: 167.5 lbs
waist: 33.46 inches
Could anyone throw an estimate my way? Thanks!

Try this calculator out: http://www.scientificpsychic.com/fitness/diet.html
It's a bit more accurate. The best BF calculators should have measurements for your wrist and ankle circumference because bone size plays a big role on how those calculators should work out BF%. Unfortunately I've been unable to find one yet.The single minded devotion to a pursuit is the heart of manliness.
