Over the year i've been experimenting with all different types of diets. I'm not a huge fan of the "Eat everything in sight" bulk strategy.
I've been taking size-on for about 3 months and superpump250 for about a month and a half.
First 6 months training i was using and upperbody/lowerbody split.. ive now switched to a bis/back, tris/chest, legs split. I usually hit each bodypart every 3 daysWhat the french toast...?

Next time you try to make a serious post, you might try to avoid "dat dere" in the post. Cell-tech is loaded with sugars that I am trying to avoid in my diet. I May branch off to a basic creating mono after my size-on runs out, and i've been reading good things about White Flood. Also may give that a shot
What the french toast...?

This is where your problem is (see bold). what is the volume?
I like hitting certain muscle groups 2x a week, but only if the volume is LOW. Like a strength routine. Get on ripptoes or http://www.ironaddicts.com/forums/showthread.php?t=8050
and eat 300 over maintenance. get an account on www.fitday.com and log everything you eat.
You may not think you are overtraining, bu the truth is most people can't really recover well from 4 day splits, some ever 3..so get on a simple strength routine and you will gain size.
Take creatine mono.

No problem. That routine is the best I ever tried. gained so much off powerlifting routines than I ever did of bodybuilding ones.
well 22lbs is AMAZING, but it does not look like it was all muscle for him. bones and height seemed to grow more than anything. 22lbs of muscle looks much different than what he is showing. I gained 55lbs in 8.5 monhts, but I would say only 2/3 of it was LBM

Maybe if you posted your strengh gains we'd be able to evaluate your situation better. The reason I say this is because I've got a really strange body type. I have great strength gains but weight wise the scale barely moves up.
But anyway it also depends what kind of body you have and your metabolism but I would say for being in college with not enough money for bulking I'd say those are decent gains, not amazing but not bad.

keep doing what your doing you made great progress you gained pretty much all the 22 lbs in muscle and if your clean bulking/lean muscle building thats like 1 lb every two weeks which is a good amount if you dont want to gain much fat. dont listen to the guys trying to turn you into an over eating monster when its not neccessary
