I agree for fat loss its all diet and cardio along with a good lifting program. Some may agree that its a waste of money BUT every good transformation for the most part has had a fat burner in there somewhere.
Can someone who has lost a lot of fat or gone through a transformation shed some light on when someone should start taking one?
I can check the supplement section and try to figure out which one is popular.
thanks,

at what bf % should one take a fat burner?
It's not what you do for 30-60 minutes per day that makes the difference.
It's what you do the other 23-23.5 hours of the day that counts
01-01-2003 - 272lb
01-01-2004 - 240lb
01-01-2005 - 230lb
01-01-2006 - 195lb
by summer - 200-THICK n CUT !
SLOW n STEADY wins the race

i disagree. if youre already losing fat at a decent pace, DONT add it in and keep pushing yourself. once you hit a plateau in which u don't loose weight at all, or minimally even, then maybe pop it in.
preferably instead of even popping it in, re adjust the diet. drop your cals by 250. you dont NEED a fat burner, diet and hard work is all it'll take. but if you are dead set on using it, save it for when you need it, and that is when u plateau.
hope that helped
