Q & A
Q: Does Mitotropin? need to be stacked with any other fat burners?
A: No. Mitotropin? is a very powerful thermophoric mitochondrial uncoupling agent. We do formally recommend cycling it with Cytolean for longer fat reduction requirements over four weeks. The two can be cycled indefinitely.
Q: Does Mitotropin? work the same way infamous mitochondrial uncouplers work like 2,4-Dinitrophenol (DNP) or Usnic Acid?
A: No. Mitotropin? does not completely abolish oxidative phosphorylation nor does it generate high levels of reactive oxygen species resulting in cellular necrosis. In fact, Mitotropin? increases uncoupling proteins which actually have potent antioxidant properties which may decrease oxidative stress.
Q: Is Mitotropin? only for competitive bodybuilders and fitness athletes?
A: No. It can be utilized by a broad spectrum of physique enthusiasts whether professionals, amateurs, or just someone wanting desperately to shed some unwanted and unsightly fat.
Q: Does the M.T. PEAK CONDITION FACTOR? have to be used when I wrap up my cycle of Mitotropin??
A: No it is purely optional and readily available tool to assist you in looking your absolute best whether it's for a photo shoot to document your transformation, to compete at bodybuilding/fitness show, etc.
Q: Does Mitotropin? contain ephedra?
A: No. Mitotropin? does not contain ephedra.
Q: Can Mitotropin? be stacked with other Gaspari Nutrition products?
A: Yes. It is stackable with every product in the line with exception of Cytolean V2?. However, you can cycle between Mitotropin? and Cytolean V2? for optimal fat loss over long durations of time.
Huge thanks to Gaspari Nutrition and it's reps for allowing me the opportunity to test out this product.

About Me!
Age: 28
Current Weight: 142.0 lbs
Height: 5'3
History:
Growing up I was always in shape, very athletic. I participated in various sports throughout school and led a pretty adult life. I had my first child when I was only 18 then another at 19. I started out at a small 114lbs and gained 40 lbs with each pregnancy, managing to retain 10 lbs each time, so that after I had my second child I was staying around 145lbs, a flabby out of shape 145lbs. I was also going through a difficult divorce, battling depression, and fearing being a single mother of two. About a year after my seperation and divorce I had finally gotten my life back on track. Now was the time to get my figure back and start taking care of myself. I joined a gym, lost 25 lbs and gained a lot of muscle, and got down to 18% bf.
Then I got remarried and had my third child. Ever since I had my daughter I have battled with my weight. At my heaviest I was nearing 170lbs!!! I was miserable and I hated myself and what I had become. Jan 2006, about 1.5 yrs after having my daughter, I finally said enough was enough and started doing something about it. With a better diet and some exercise I lost 20 lbs getting down to around 145lbs. Then I stopped smoking in Sept 06! Great for my health, terrible for my weight. I gained back 15 lbs!!! I was so upset.
Now, I've been on a consistant diet and cardio routine. I'm the lowest weight I've been since before having my daughter. I feel really good about myself for the most part, although I still struggle with poor esteem issues.
Current History:
I have been diagnosed with congenital stenosis, three bulging discs in my neck, spondylosis in my lower back, and osteoarthritis. It makes it really hard to lift much of anything, so I rely heavily on a good diet and cardio.
As some know I am competing in the Winter Meltdown OBF contest. I am one of two women and going against a lot of strong, male competition as well. In 5 weeks I've lost 8-9 lbs and several inches. I'm hoping to lose another 10lbs+ in the next 6-7 weeks and really cut some bodyfat.

Diet
I plan on following the diet plan laid out in the manual, which is almost what I was doing anyway. I rely on a lower carb diet, with higher protein. If I eat too many carbs I bloat up terribly and I'm hungrier throughout the day. I eat a lot of lean meats and veggies.
Cardio
I've been doing cardio 5 days a week for over two months and that will continue throughout this log. I aim for at least 30 min burning 350-400 cals per session on my eliptical. I use the resistance to get a more intense session.
Weight Training
I'm not doing much in the way of weights, but that's going to change as much as possible. I will be focusing mostly on lower body workouts with some arms thrown in depending on how I feel. Pretty much no back or shoulders at all. I do ab work every other day.
Supplementation- Mitotropin

Day 1
Dose
Started off a little slower than full dose to see how it effects me.
2 tabs 30 min before breakfast
2 tabs 3 hrs after lunch
Nothing to really note right now. I don't feel any different. No jitters, no GI discomfort, no heart palpatations, all which is good.
Cardio
35 min on eliptical
Diet
I haven't been too hungry today,so....
Breakast:
Myofusion Shake w/skim milk
Lunch:
Small salad w/half a chicken breast
Dinner:
Will be some lean meat, probably venison, and broccoli
See if we can't get a healthy snack in there some where.
Very happy to have this started. I have high hopes for this considering all the hype surrounding this product. With that said, Let It Rock
Song of the Day!

Small update!
I slept pretty good last night. I had bad dreams though Think that has more to do with the bad thing going on in the Misc Really bad vibe.
I decided to step on the scale this morning for the hell of it and I was completely shocked!!!! It said 140.8 with clothes on! So, in only 1 day I lost 1.2lbs. Granted I didn't eat a whole lot yesterday, but I did finish off my low-fat pumpkin ice cream last night Had to make up some calories and it tastes so good...lol. Lowest weight in over 4 yrs! Only 10 more until I hit my first goal and goal for the OBF!!
BTW, the pills are huge and I hate swallowing them...lol. They smell funny too, but no burping up bad tastes, so that's good.
