Best Overall Pre-Workout Energy/Pump Supplement?

Seems like I've tried just about every pre workout drink available, between making my stomach sick and others giving me a jolt of energy for 30 min then having an awful come down I was basically over taking them, got recommended the CL white flood and haven't switched since and never will. This stuff is absolutely amazing and at the end of my workouts i wanna just keep on pushin and not want to stop lifting, lol. Currently stacking the WF with purple wraath, and green mag, and am getting unbelievable results, just loving these products!

Vendetta by Xtreme Formulations. I rarely train over 4 reps so no need for a pump product, but energy wise, this is the way to go.

Personally, I think you will like the White Flood over the NaNO Vapor. I've tried both and the NaNO Vapor seemed like it worked OK for me at first but I quickly grew a strong tolerance to it (4 scoops or so to generate the same effect). I've never had to use more than 2 scoops of White Flood and I took a break for about a week and I only need 1 scoop at the moment to feel it working.

I havent seen a formula that can match white flood for a combo of price and effectiveness myself

Even though I've only tried Super Pump 250... I feel its the best one for me I get great pumps everytime I take it etc. It works great in my opinion.

previously i have been on no xplode. loved it before they changed to that avpt crap. im currently trying nano vapor. next will be the purple wrath. once i had tried all three i will get back to you on the results

i started out a couple years ago on NO Explode and it was great, but eventually I didnt get much from it. So i trien Vapor and it was pretty good, just taste bad. Then for the last year I havn't stopped using SuperPump 250. It's by far the best I've tried. How does it compare to the White Flood and who makes it? Are these pre workout sups really bad for the heart?

Well I just got done with my first workout with White Flood and Green Mag and I am hooked. Unlike No-xplode, there was no crash or jittery feelings. I also didn't get the tingle that some get in the face. Overall, I am very impressed and all I have to say is believe the hype. The one thing I have to figure out now is how much water I want to mix it with to get the right taste. Today it didn't taste as well as no-xplode, but I believe it has the potential to based on the water amount. Hope this helps someone decide on their pre-workout supplement.

I was a NO Explode user for like 2 years.. then switched to some green apple ****.. sucked.. Nano killed my stomach.. then back to splode.. then finally switched to SAN Fierce and its amazing.. However, i want to keep trying new supps so i think i might go with White Flood but not to sure.. i didnt see any creatine in there? I think i have to stack with green mag?

I've tried NO Explode, Plasma Core, Superpump and White flood and White Flood is by far the best out of all the ones I've tried. Superpump was good and the other two didn't really do anything for me.

The first one I ever tried was N.O. Plasmacore.. The first time I used it, it was the craziest high i've ever felt. After that, the effects started to taper off. Not to mention, it tasted like ****. Very hard to get down, and i'm definitely not one to be picky about supplement taste.

Now i'm using SuperPump250 and I love it. Great pumps and energy every time, and Blue Raspberry Ice is delicious. I want to eventually try White Flood as well.

I'm a little confused here. I'm seriously considering buying GreenMag, White Flood and Purple Wrath but I just wanna know the best times to take each of them(pre and post WO) and whether or not I have to take any on an empty stomach or mix them together or with a protein shake.

Well i use purple wraath and its says pre, intra, and post. so thats what i do. I believe you take white flood pre, and then mag pre&post...

im sure the controlled labs guy will answer your question if im wrong tho haha

One of the best things about it is that you don't have to buy a separate creatine as Animal Pump has a full dose, so you save money too.

Lately I've been taking two primed ultra caps and one amp cap, and so far that combo has worked better for me than no xplode, no shotgun, nano vapor, and a couple others ive used. ANd you dont have to down any foamy drink since they are capsules. check my bodyblogs for more details about it

So far I've only tried the N.O. Xplode. 2 scoups were doing a number on my stomach so I was advised to cut down to one. I only take it pre work out. I've been told its some thing I can (or should) take every day? It looks like I might try WF next. Right now I mix 1 scoup of NO Xplode with 2 scoups of Xtends. Thats my pre drink.

hi guys! if u r running out of money then dont try all those stacks like bsn no xplode. just get a higher power creatine ethyl ester and higher power aakg powder. this is the cheapest creatine and nitric oxide supplement in the market. it also gave me enormous gains. don't forget to have a serving of whey protein before workout.take either optimum whey or dymatize elite whey if u have less money. but if u have the money then go for optimum pro complex. good luck guys!

1. Super Pump 250 Blue Raspberry tastes awesome and I had great results but having the runs afterward was brutal... tried eating and no help....

2. Animal Pump was priced great and I had very good results + no squirts....

3. No-Xplode (berry)was similar to SP250 without the side effect

4. VPX NO-Shotgun tastes nasty (chemical pear juice) and has a bad aftertaste, but it works awesome.

Xyience NOXCG3 was the weakest of the group company will be out of business soon...

I have to say for the price and results, Animal Pump is the best value.

I am going to try either Vasocharge or White Flood next.... I like CL's Purple Wraath lemonade but not the after taste....guessing it's the sucralose.
