what do you think? id do rippetoes M W F with HIIT cardio training on Tuesday and thursday...and take the weekends off.

I was wanting to do this myself because I want to add lean muscle while getting rid of a little weight around my mid-section but most people have said concentrate on building muscle or cutting weight but hopefully someone will know more about this because I'd like to do this myself. Are you doing the cardio for weight or just to stay in shape?
