I’ve lost enough weight that I now have a noticeable amount of loose skin under my upper arms, like major granny arms flapping there. Is there sone extra arm work, especially for triceps that I can do to try and fill that in with more muscle? I’m doing well developing more muscle on the upper arms, but would like try and fill those out more.

Heavy close-grip bench presses will be the best movement for really building up tricep mass. Also, floor press with barbells, kbs, or dbs.

I'm guilty of that sh*t too, waiting for somebody to powder my nuts cuz I did 20 reps of whatever the **** on the bench. Big f*king deal. It is all relative." G Diesel

Thanks, I did try that tonight, at least as heavy as I could repeatedly on both Decline and flat bench then threw in some skull crushers after doing some behind the back forearm curls and overhand cambered bar curls. Got 9 reps
Of 40lbs on the Crushers before I couldn’t do more, luckily that was my last and heaviest set of those.
