Hey fellas,
I see big guys at the gym that keep a daily record of what they lift. I see big guys at the gym that don't worry about a journal.
SO, I was wondering what the majority of you guys do?

Personally, I do not keep one. I'm able to remember what I use for each excersize and find writing everything down just a pain.

I think it was one of best things I have done for lifting. I can go back and look at the weight I was using on a lift a certain time period ago, so that helps me see if my lifting is still progressing using my current program. It's also cool to go back and look at how much I've improved in about a year

I use one. I look into it before every workout and make sure that I increase the weight even if I have to use fractional plates. This ensures that every workout results in progression.

I sorta do. I use the workout tracker on here. I just use it to record what exercises, sets/reps, and weight I use each week. Also helps show improvement and encourages me to go harder.
