Im gonna try to stop snacking alltogethor. about 400 cals or so are wasted snacking. rather have a little bigger meals. Do you guys eat 4 good sized meals or snack all day? i dont think ill be able to function all day sunday with taking in 1000g of carbs. i will be so full for the next week it will feel awesome.
but it will be a good end of this successful cut and ready to RD correctly and begin a new routine.
im slowly cutting out jello, not buying anymore. and incorporating more foods.
im starting sheiko 29 monday. so it should be different. and continuing most of same cardio routine -5 minutes.

even if I don't make 190 I'm already so happy with where I'm at. In the morning I can basically make out all abs unflexed, love handles have reduced drastically in size, waistline is the smallest it's been and arms look more defined than they ever have before. Regardless of what BF I am I'm very pleased with the mirror and want to hang onto this look, so I will definitely be RDing, 100 cals per week.

scared of weighing myself after being in a plane to Sydney for 2 days and eating pretty crappy food overall since ive been here.
also no gym for 10 days
not sure if im going to make it, but luckily it's only winter here lulz
think im going to start tracking calories to look aesthetic as fuk during the Australian summer.
had 3 (medium) plates of brown rice + chicken + eggs today for dinner
apparently around 750 calories in the rice, 1k from chicken and like 250 from the eggs?
2k total seems a bit too much isnt it?
bag said it's like 75g of rice for 1 person but i ate 200g lol.
and 350g chicken + 5 eggs.
