    Pump Mass

you know when u work out a muscle group lets just say biceps and calves and u get that good pump and they get bigger right. After a while the pump (swelling) goes down and back to normal size. Well is there a way to keep all the blood engorged into the muscle so it looks like u have that constint pump?

    the real question is... why?

if you wanted to keep a pump in your bi's, i suppose you could keep flexing them regularly after you get done with your workout.

Creatine helps, High carbs after your workouts help (for next time) and A-AKG/A-KIC supplements like NO2.
