bloat is usually caused by a) stomach distress or b) taking in too much creatine

it could be the magnesium upsetting your stomach or you could perhaps be taking too large of a dose for your body

a rule of thumb is 1g of creatine per 40lbs of lean body mass to keep any unnecessary bloating at bay

i would think so, since green bulge is 2500mg of creatine and green mag is 5000mg, and should contain around 50mg less of magnesium making it easier on your stomach

i personally respond very negatively towards magnesium, i cant even take ZMA consistently at the recommended dosage without painful stomach/gastrointestinal discomfort

i do recommend both CL creatines in my upcoming supplement guide that is coming out this month

It's probably nutrition / electrolyte related and not creatine related at all
