    Journey to 1000 through Rippetoes Work, Eat, Sleep Repeat

    Squat
    205 5/5/5 Slow speed, not full depth i think im gonna reset to 175

    Bench press
    115 5/5/5 Good speed very easy gonna add 5 lbs next time

    Deadlift
    175 5 Good Speed gonna add 10 lbs next time

    185 5/5/5 Average speed full depth

    Standing Military Press
    75 5/5/5 Good speed very exhausting after squats

    Power Cleans
    75 5/5/5 Good speed very easy first time so it was just form work

    Man those squats are doin a toll on my glutes.. time for some food

    Good luck my man I hope you progress well. I have almost the same routine but added dips into work out A and my work out B is squads, pandley rows, abs, and shoulder press.

    Post some pictures (no homo) to see the progree I am susribeing to ya brotha.

    Workout 3 July 30

    Workout A

    Squat
    BWx15
    185 5/5/5 good speed on to 195 again

    Bench Press
    125 5/5/5 good speed super easy. onto 130

    Deadlift
    185 5

    Yesterday was my birdthday so i pigged out on tacos and cake yum.. i need to up my water intake because im barely getting like 1 glass a day and it makes me have low energy

    i think my weight is in the 160's now not sure exactly though

    Who the hell has tacos on their birth day? u mexican? i head u on the water intake though i drink one bottle and thats not enough...im at 160 something right now...i was like 152 two week ago...get pics i want to see ur progress

    bench
    130 5/5/5 easy average speed

    Deadlift
    195 5 kinda exausted from squats but it wasnt to hard


    Today was Workout 5

    80 5/5/5 still workin

    Power Clean
    85 5/5/5 light as a feather no work necesarry time for 95 lol

    Weights are moving up quick. Keep pushing and you'll see 1000 soon. First time I hit 1000 was at 17 at a state meet at a weight of 181. Bench 235 dead 455 squat 315(I still have the magazine where they posted our stats)
