You're avi pics look great though. Just stick with your cut. The best part is once you start bulking again and eat more, the strength will just shoot up like mad.
Thanks bro. I am getting weaker with the cut too, but even so I thought I would regain my strength faster than I am now. Oh well, it's still a few months till summer. I'll deal with it as it comes.

Supsup brahs! Had a great chest workout today, but I didn't get to munch out on the yummy foods like I wanted... The little temple near our house didn't have too much going on since the weather was acting crazy again. Hope you all are having a good weekend!

I have lost strength on this cut also but not as much as last years cut.
I have seen some who claim no loss but I call bs until I am proven wrong.
On my highest weight I pushed 325-335 on the bench and now I can maybe do 315 but like Mykonos said it feels like more since I'm also fighting to control it with less body mass.

My weekend is about to start. I missed going to the gym all week due to working crazy overtime at work. I am going to take my time working shoulders and tris and savor every minute at the gym.

Yeah, I have never been able to maintain strength when cutting. I don't know if its possible to maintain all muscle when cutting. Just like you, this year the strength loss isn't alot, but then my fat loss is going alot slower too.
My whole body is feeling sore today, and I'm tired, but I'll probably go to the gym in a couple hours and do something, even if its lower weight.My vids

I haven't posted here in a while and that's probably because I don't lift that much anymore. I've been getting into boxing (training 4-5 days a week) and it's fun as hell. I've cut back to 2 days of lifting a week, and the only thing I am getting stronger at are pull-ups. Anyone else do fight training too?Weighted Dip Lover (125 lbs strapped 4X)

really? i think it's pretty damn easy, was hard for the first few weeks but for some reason as my bodyfat % went down so did my appetite. I'm finding that i'm having to force myself to eat my -500 calorie diet. most days i go -1000 calories cause i just don't want to eat..at all.

yep, probably in that 12-13% range. I think I'm around there too right now.
Cutting can be easy if you're willing to sacrifice strength and muscle. But this year, I'm trying hard to maintain strength so its coming off slow. But I'm going to try to keep it up till end of May and then decide if I should keep going or not.My vids

Usually it's 10 egg whites 2 chicken breasts and some broccoli for breakfast
10 egg whites, canned tuna and sweet potato for lunch
10 egg whites salmon fish and more broccoli for dinner.
In between I usually take one or two of those big 100 meal replacement bar things, they really fill you up and give you energy to get through the day. I wish I had more time to eat so I could get more meals in and smaller portions but I can't since I gotta go to school
Can you guys critique my diet though? It's not really scientific or anything just something I kinda came up with lol100% 中国人
