Just ordered 2 (BOGO) of the Muscletech Platinum Multi-Vitamins, I did read the reviews, but I would also like some extra feedback on them, how you guys like or dislike them?
My #1 choice was the Orange Triad, but my fiancee` is allergic to Shellfish, so I avoided those.
My second pick besides Muscletech, was the New Chapter Every Man's One Daily, but I couldn't find enough reviews on them to justify buying them.
Let me know what you guys think!

Agree with RVA. You should have grabbed Orange Triad for yourself and then you could stack up on MT or another multi without shellfish. It's a basic multi, nothing special. OT is completely worth it though with the joint and digestive benefits you get.
Progressive overload + progressive eating = gains. Simple as that!

The reason I didn't go with Orange Triad is because I didn't want to risk her getting an allergic reaction, sexually speaking. I'm not entirely sure if oral sex or intercourse would make her have an allergic reaction to the shellfish inside the multi. If you guys have an insight on this, I will definitely buy OT next time I buy multi's because that's the one I had my heart set on for sure.

OT all day. Failing that, ErgoMulti is a good but cheap alternative; not sure about it containing shellfish or not though.

FWIW I have shellfish allergies and I have never had an issue with OT. As I understand it, the allergens in shellfish are in the meat and many dietary products use the shells (or maybe it's vice-versa?)
You can take the muscletech vitamins, it's fine, you're overthinking this.***THE AFRO POPE: "The Man Who Never Gets Mad Online"***

I wouldnt bother with a multi. waste of money imo. especially the ones aimed towards the fitness community. they tend to be heavily over dosed and will just lead to neon colored urine
if you think one is neccessary go buy one at a local pharmarcy for a fraction of the price and it will cover whatever may be missing from a well balanced dietStats: 6 foot, 240 pounds

The platinum Multivitamins will do just fine, I have used these for over the last 3 years now and it does the job. I liked Animal Pak, Anavite and Orange triad and sold them all in store but they do the same as MT Platinum without the cost.

Both OT and MT are fine options, however...if youre looking for something both you and your fiancee can take and not have to worry about anything whatsoever...give TRUE GRIT : MULTI a look. On sale as well
Good Luck!!
