    High Protein breakfast food

    Can people name some high protein breakfast foods?


    I have some eggwhites already in a carton.... can u eat those raw? or put in a shake- im bodybuilding and need to knwo some high protein/cal foods

    -And does anyone know high protein oatmeal brands?

    oats are good. but my fav. is steak and eggs! its the best. Total has a high protein cereal out. its damn good for what it is and the milk helps

    Mine for my cutting diet is 1/2 cup of oats and 2 scoops of whey. 370 calories, 55gram protein, 35 carbs.
