Hi! OK so I used to drink this protein powder like 5 or 10 years ago that had slightly ground up oats already in it and I cannot for the life of me remember what it was called. I think it came in a black canister. I tried Google but it just brings up recipes for adding oatmeal to your protein shake which is not what I need or want. Does anyone know what protein powder it could have been? Help lol 😆
I'm a first time mom and I just started working full time again and I'm having a hard time getting a good breakfast in the morning and I think that would make it way easier. Thanks so much!

Oats are cheap
Just look for closeout deals on protein, buy quick oats=profit
Depending on your goals at the moment, make a morning shake of protein, oats, yogurt, peanuts, banana, honey, avacado, milk...tons of options, again, depending where you need to be on calories.Last edited by smokinal; 01-29-2024 at 01:54 AM.

ON Protein and Oats? Loved the blueberry one.

Hey there! Congrats on being a first-time mom and getting back to work! The protein powder you're describing might be something like 'Oats & Whey' or 'Oatmeal Protein Blend.' Brands often change packaging, so it could be rebranded now. Maybe check recent product releases from known protein brands for a match. Wishing you quick breakfast solutions and lots of energy for your busy days!
