This is more like a 4 out of 10...they add maltodextrin to increase the weight of the product...that is why it has 9 grams of carbs per serving and the quality of the way is very poor! Also, with added Maltodextrin comes an increase in GI...you do not want a high Glycemic Index protein...cheap for a reason.
