I got a 14 day ban from WoW yesterday and when I requested the chat logs this is what the GM sent me back




I've never seen something so soft in my life, Blizzard GMs are complete bots, absolute NPCs who clearly don't care about context or the content, they simply care that some tubby blue hair tranny reported you in the game and that's ALL that matters. I filed an appeal and I asked how they could possibly justify a 2 week ban over such a soft comment, a comment that was directed at an IRL FRIEND of mine who I was joking around with in chat... But the GM didn't care about the context, because some lib reported me and that's the end of it.

I've been suspended in the past for joking around with friends in chat too, comments that were equally as innocent as the ones above, so that's why this time it's a 14 day ban. It's the fact that you can't joke around, you can't say anything without the risk of getting banned. At no point have I used racism, homophobia, I didn't even curse in any of these logs that they claim I was banned for...


Anyways my point is that Blizzard employees are all virgins and I can't wait for the day these nerds all get replaced by AI and they lose their jobs.

I had millions of gold left over from WoD that I've used to pay for most of my subs, I also come back for every new xpac launch to see if the game has improved or not. Dragonflight is a solid xpac, their best in years.

Another example of how they've gone full retard is in WoW at the character creation screen, they quietly changed Male or Female character options to BODYTYPE (aka you're NOT ALLOWED to believe their is such a thing as gender).

Also the human racial in WoW was quietly changed from EVERY MAN FOR HIMSELF, to "Will to Survive".

When you've been apart of a community like the /lookingforgroup channel on a big populated server for 15 years, everyone jokes around with each other, it's not toxicity, and it certainly isn't ban worthy. All it takes is 1-2 angry nerds to report you and a tranny Blizzard GM will hit that ban button.

Just take the L on the chin and move on. Take a temporary moment to relax and focus on other things in the mean time or play a different game. It's only a 14 day ban your life isn't going to end. When users report each other, what should happen, is that the person you reported on should be put on your BLOCK list. And that's it.

I understand perma-banning people cheating in competitions and sh!t, but other than that, it's a fukking video game. Nothing is rent free in my head, I made this thread to point out how insanely soft game companies have become to the point where you can get silenced/banned for anything. You used to be able to joke around and troll with people but now in most mainstream online games you can't, otherwise you get a fat ban.
