How much are you eating?
Are you eating 6-8 meals a day? If so, this can lead to feelings of always being hungry, but for some it is OK
You can't ask if you're eating too little without telling us what you're eating
Yes, you can stay ripped and not be hungry, many people do it."When I die, I hope it's early in the morning so I don't have to go to work that day for no reason"

Foreverhungry. Join the club bro. There are a lot of people like you. It's not even hunger, it's psychological perceived appetite. You can stuff your face until you're satisfied and still have food cravings, right?
I swear, sometimes I feel like if I'm not uncomfortably full, I'm hungry. Trying to figure out how to change that at the moment. Prolly need dat therapy.IIFYM - not even once.

Big weight loss? That happened to me. I pretty much just self-helped my way out of it using the same method I used to deal with quiting smoking. When I wanted to eat but wasn't hungry, I would just say (outloud if possible) "I am not hungry, it's just a food craving". It is hard to do at first, because you are talking to yourself ALL the time, but it gets less and less.

Yeah, bout a year and a half ago I lost 125lbs. Then the worst thing happened.. I discovered the magic of food volume. Ways to eat tons of food with little calories.. lol. Started during my cut to prevent cravings and stay on track, but now I'm bulking and still eat high volume. I'm talking over 1.2 pounds of veggies on an average day, a ton of fruit too, low calorie foods - I like high volume, which is fine, but when you're filling in a 3,600 calorie allowance with high volume food it's pretty ridiculous. It's alright though. It has led to an off-day binge once though, that's the only negative thing for me. If I don't track I risk eating high volume with calorie dense foods. I should beat this now before it leads to problems later (when I stop tracking).*

That feel, bro...my average day consists of raw mushrooms, iceberg lettuce, protein fluff, egg beaters, pumpkin, rice cakes, kamut puffs, greek yogurt, and the like. In the end, keeping myself distracted and remembering to socialize helps the most. That...and liquids. So much liquid. So much peeing. It's a worthy trade-off.

Can definitely understand this. Have you tried shortening your feeding window? On days that I know I'm going to be less occupied, I like to have a shorter feeding window and contrary to what most people do, I do it earlier. I've noticed that once I've hit my macros for the day, I know there is no more food coming and don't have it constantly pecking away at me. Also this allows me to get to close to the 'oh sh!t, I'm actually full' feeling. Yesterday, I had 2.5 lbs of ground beef, rice, broccoli, and some fluff. I legitimately felt full for like 3 hours, which doesn't ever happen. May be something you should try.
