My end goal is to have a powerlifter like physique with big arms, legs, chest etc. however there is one issue. I cannot lift super heavy weight due to having an unrepaired aneurysm. i can still lift weights I just can't be straining hard/ holding breath etc to lift the weight.
What kind of weight training and exercises can I do to support this kind of physique and should I drop my fat weight first and then build back up? I currently am only walking 3 miles a day. No intense cardio or anything like that. What kind of nutrition should I be doing?
