Well, ill be starting my second cut December 1st.
I lift 5 days a week (Mon, Tues, Thurs, Fri, Sat...)
I have Wed and Sun off.
When should i be doing cardio??? I was thinking maybe Wednesday, and Two more times after my Bench workouts.
What kind of cardio training should i be doing while going for fat loss???
Oh and what about diet??? Im going to cut down to 2250 calories a day.
What are some good foods for cutting besides the obvious??? Thanks!

you should start off slow i like doing cardio right after your workouts so you burn fat right away do hitt do it for 20 min 2 twice a week start off slow and go 30 min and then go up to 45 min cardio 3 times a week and then gradually to 4-5 times a week.
diet well turkey, brown rice, stay away from sauces of any kind especially all those fatty sauces at subway no fast food at all.
bananas , green veggies and green tea is great for fat loss. watch margarine . cut out carbs after 6 pm a good tip good luck
