Which would be better for me? I want to gain muscle and get really toned, I want to become a athlete and not a bodybuilder, I want to be ripped.
So the question is which kind of weekly workout should I do? I am 13 years old and 5'8".
Full-Body workout 3x a week - Monday, Wednesday, Friday
Upper/Lower body split 4x a week - Monday (upper), tuesday (lower), thursday (upper), friday (lower)
Isolation/split muscle group days 5x a week - Monday-abs, tuesday-chest, wednesday-legs, thursday-back and shoulders, friday-arms
OR does it really even matter for my age what kind of routine I do? I mean does it make a big difference? thanks
