Please could you critique my keto diet - reps
I'm on day 4 of my keto diet, I've tinkered with it a bit and this was todays diet. I'm using the sticks and haven't yet shown positive. This is my first time and I know they aren't very precise anyway but It'd be nice to see evidence. For now I'd appreciate any input.
Breakfast 4 Eggs, 2 mushrooms, 2 slices of cheese a little cream
Lunch 8oz Sirloin Steak, cheese, mushrooms, mushroom and cream sauce.
Snack Bag of mixed nuts
Pre Workout shake Reflex, Tri Matrix Evolution Trimatrix Evolution 1 scoop (5g carbs)
Protien wise your doing good, if you dont lose or you lose extremely slowly you may want to drop the calories a bit, just give it some time and see what works for you. (personally the first thing that would go would be the dex)
Also i always reccomend 20 carbs or less for atleast the first two weeks just to make sure you really do get into Keto and so you know what that feels like, otherwise you may just end up not in ketosis and just frustrated
Last but not least, watch out for the mixed nuts alot more carbs in those then say, almonds. Other then that you look like your off to a good start.
