This thread reminds me of a story my buddy Mario from Nicaragua told me. Apparently they ate anything they could find, endangered sea turtles, iguana, bird beaks, ants, cats, dogs, etc. because their food supply was scarce after the government raped their farm crops.

Anyway his younger brother (US borne) bought a pet iguana. Once it got nice and fat, Mario and his father cooked it and served the house pet as dinner with rice. He convinced the little brother it was chicken as the poor kid ate his pet. That's brutal, lol.

In Asia, we have a saying. if you eat dogs, the dogs can smell you. They will try to bite your nuts if they smell dog blood in you. I have seen men chased by dogs after eating/drinking dog meat/soup.

Thank god cows are herbivore, imagine they chase after you.

We can't kill cats because they are so pussy. And you need to chop 9 times before they die.
