How to gain strength and lose fat at same time?

okay i know its not possible to lose fat and gain muscle at same time unless u are on storied. I know that you can't gain muscle and lose fat at the same time because you need surplus amount of calories to gain muscle and you need less calories to lose weight. But when it comes to strength i have no idea.
this is what i do all week monday workout than football/basketball, tue wrestling, wend same as monday, thur wrestling, friday same as monday.
Here is my question is it possible? and how much calories am i suppose to get everyday?

You can gain strength while cutting, just not muscle mass. It's called neural adaptation. The benefit of getting stronger while losing weight is that you subsequently become more athletic, faster, and more explosive.

Actually it is possibly, but rather than going through the whole how-to process which would take a while, ill just tell you that it involves carb cycling on a slight caloric deficit.

-1000 you mean. 3200 calories is his +500 caloric surplus. If he is wanting to cut he should be going -500 maintenance which would be -1000 his bulking calories.

Why has no one asked why in gods name you want to be in a deficit anyways?

Bulk and add muscle. Later on if you want to lose a little bit of weight, cut. The muscle you gained will still be there. You're cutting mostly fat.
