holy **** 120 dollars do u have a mejier where u live if not go to walmart and go to the frozen section and get bags of chicken u can get a 7lb bag with like 15 breast for 7 bucks and right now they have george foreman grills on sale always a plus to have no lie

Milk, COTTAGE CHEESE.....two sources that have barely if any/no fat and very low carbs. I take 100% whey from GNC for the big tub it is $29 and has 20g of protein, 1.5g of fat, and 3g of carbs per serving.

can anyone please message me a cheap source of casein and maybe soy protein?
I like to take casein at night because it doesn't digest and burn as fast..remember gents that you can only digest a certain amount of whey protein so those 4-5 shakes a day may not be doin all you think ..but yea if anyone can help me out about the casein or soy protein that'd be GREAT!

supplement ...ohh and I'm taking this anima nitro atm its great for after workouts an instant protein source should look into that.
