Hi, I’ve been working out for about 5 months 1 month intense then 2 months injured, 1 month on/off and now fully back into it since 3 weeks.
On my first month I went from 125lbs to 140lbs and had a really good 31 days transformation.
Now I’m sitting at 140lbs since then and even if it’s been 1 month that I eat about 3600+ calories daily + whey protein shake post-workout, I didn’t gain any weight yet.
I train about 5 times a week.
Is there any advice some of you could tell me or explain how to reach weight goals?

how did you go from gaining 15 pounds in a month to gaining absolutely nothing? i'm confused...
you should absolutely eat and gain some weight @ 5'10 125 lbs (i know you're 140 lbs now), but even with those stats i feel like 15 pounds in a month is a bit too much. 5 pounds per month is fine until you're closer to normal weight, then maybe 2-3 pounds per month. and if you're maintaining your weight on X calories, try adding 200-500 calories depending on how fast you want to gain weight
