Hey,
So my girlfriend signed a contract with a trainer at Crunch Gym for around $700 and that trainer informed her the next week that she quit. My girlfriend didn't want to continue this since the trainer wasn't there anymore. However they told her that it was out of the 3 day period of cancellation and she still got charged the $700. How is it possible she can't get a refund on a service that she didn't receive? She chose a specific trainer and didn't want any other trainer.
