I decided to finally get serious about THIS game and will for once concentrate on all aspects of lifting(rest, diet, training, etc.) I will begin everything tomorrow as the last few days I've been sort of cheating by eating a couple of donuts here and there, some fried chicken, etc. Tomorrow will be my first day. I will follow the diet that Fletch posted on Layne's thread:

The only thing is that I will probably add a couple of more sandwiches since I will be working construction until jan. 20 every day, so I need the extra cals/ carbs. I guess it will just depend on how I feel, basically. If I feel like I need more cals, I will consume more, if not then I won't add anything...we'll see.
The supplements that I'll be taking are whey, glutamine, ALA, vitamins E, C, A, B-Complex, and minerals, Zinc and Magnesium(before bed).
I pretty much look flat as fcuk right now because I haven't been to the gym in 3 weeks, but muscle memory has worked in the past for me and I don't see a reason why it shouldn't work now. I think that's it for now...I'll post some measurements later as well as what my workout will look like. I'm so hyped right now, I cannot wait until I hit the gym tomorrow. I will keep the journal updated with daily workouts and diet.
Oh yea, I will take a pic later of myself and probably a couple of months from now. I can't post them because I don't have a scanner but I am planning on getting one so I will once I do. Later...

arms=16 in
chest 46 in
waist=34
weight=? will weigh myself tomorrow
I used to have 17 inch pythons but lost the drive for bodybuilding....it's back now, though.
As I mentioned before, I loos flat because my diet has been **** the last few weeks, actually ever since last summer and due to the fact that I haven't been to the gym in a while. I'm still trying to decide on my split so I'll post it in a few minutes.
