I start my bulk stack tommorow and I am very excited however I just want to make sure I have everything down. I will be taking the following:
4 caps of 3AD daily (upping it to 6 caps after week 1)
3 caps of anabolic pump daily
3 caps of Massfx Maximum strength daily.
Here is how I was going to dose it, please correct if wrong:
5:00 AM
Meal 1 Pre-workout: 2 scoops whey, 1/2 cup milk, 2 tbsp PB, 2 slices Whole wheat bread. 1 Massfx
7:00 AM
Immediatly PWO- Universal Torrent
7:15 AM
When I arrive home from the gym: 1 Anabolic Pump
7:30 AM
Meal 2 (15-20 minutes after taking AP): Half cup of oats, whole wheat bagel, 3 eggs, 2 slices TB, 2 tbsp peanut butter. 2 caps of 3AD 1 cap of Massfx
10:30
Meal 3: detour bar, 2 slices WW bread, 2 tbsp PB
12:30
1 anabolic pump
12:45
Meal 4: 80/20 beef with whole wheat pasta
4:00
2 scoops whey in water, 2 tbsp pb. 2 caps 3AD, 1 cap Massfx
AP 4:45
meal 5: beef with brown rice or whole wheat pasta.
So thats pretty much it. I can't eat a lot because I work at the day but I try to get my cals in with PB and Carbs and protien. and yes I have more meals but the dosing pretty much ends at 5 PM so thats all you really need to see. Am I dosing everything right?
