i'm going to continue cutting until at least july 4th weekend. i'll post pics whenever i feel like i hit my peak. last year i weighed 188 at 5.3%. right now i weigh 196 at my current BF. if i can hit my same BF as last year with an additional 5lbs of lean mass i'll call it a victory!

i assure u i havent lost any muscle. different lighting, no pump and an additional 2% BF makes a world of difference. my lifts are all WAAAAY better than they were last year at this time.

whats the point of becoming leaner? is this a fukcin bodybuilding website or not ... the point is, last year at 5% 188lb i looked like this




so if i can hit 5% this year at 194lb+/- i'll look better than i did last year. thats called progress, and its the reason i do this **** day in and day out. if you're happy being 12% or whatever good for u, i'm fine with that in the winter too, but in the summer i wanna draw the attention of females at the beach/pool, and this works pretty well for me

I saw in the other thread you use that ab tracker thing. what kinda reps do you do on that? I've got an ab wheel but I find it too easy to just rep it out, so sometimes I do controlled down, hold fully extended for 5 seconds, and then explosive up.

9 point pinch with calipers. you're right its not the most accurate way of measuring. before i was tested i would have guessed myself to be 7% just like u said. but i had my friend who is a trainer working the calipers and using the 9 point method, i forget the name now, and it came out to 5.3%.

but whatever the case, i intend to get equally as lean this year with 5lb more bodyweight.

my goal is 6% so GJDM.. i read in your other thread that you dont count calories and only consume carbs in the morning for your off days?? how much protein do you try to get in a day
