Hi there,
I hope I have the correct thread for this. I was just looking to see if anyone has had any experiences doing one of those blood/DNA diet tests. So you can see what foods work best you?Ive just started researching and finding it a massive minefield. I just what works best for my body so I can capitalise on muscle growth and strength.
Thank,
Jamie

These tests are pretty ridiculous IMO. Your hormonal response to foods change over time due to a variety of factors (what you eat, age, stress, etc.).
In reality, trial and error seems to work best in the minor details but overall most people pretty much agree on a balanced diet, low processed foods, high protein, healthy fats, etc.
Honesetly, find a diet model that works for you, don't get caught up in the marketing BS of DNA based diets or training.https://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=180003183&p=1635918623#post1635918623

I'm guilty of that sh*t too, waiting for somebody to powder my nuts cuz I did 20 reps of whatever the **** on the bench. Big f*king deal. It is all relative." G Diesel
