I have seen lots and read lots and I feel like a lot of stuff on the internet about workouts and nutrition are solely based on the gym goers. I am a football (or soccer), basketball and water polo player and I wanted to ask the more sport specific of you for mainly advice on the most important things to work on for these sports; nutrition wise I feel I am fine, but any advice for sports nutrition, not gym nutrition would be greatly appreciated.

For sports specific advice, I'd ask the strength coach at your school (assuming your school has one).
Else, a basic novice routine would be a good start. Do, though, make sure you keep up with your conditioning work and sports specific training. You can't help the hopeless.
