Sheiko #29 / #37

I was wondering if anyone has the excel or site to sheiko #29/#37. I'm interested in seeing how it is structured. Unfortunately the link at elitefts for these two are dead. The search function for this forum doesn't really like me either since it gives me an error every time I search sheiko. Any sheiko threads I found are old and their links for templates are dead as well. Any help is appreciated thanks!
