Hey guys, thought I would finally post my pics in this section for some feedback. I'm 18, 6'2 in the last few pics between 175-180lbs. I've been training good for probably near a year. I trained a little before that but nothing serious such as just having a bench with 40 pounds at home lol!
I'm trying to bulk up again First pic I was probably around 150 before I touched a weight I was about 140, had to eat 5,000 cals a day to barely put on a pound a week =(. Anywho I was wondering if anyone could give me some feedback, I think I need to hit my shoulders really hard, back front and middle head. Other than that I know eat so I don't look so damn skinny lol!

thats gonna help with size (besides food) LOL!
yeah first pic you look really skinny, but the arms extended and the last pic you look really good condition
however,...
I think youre lower back needs some more size and shape

You look great, and have a great frame to work with. all u need to do is pack on mass on that frame good luck.
