I don't see why not, it won't show up on drug tests if that's what you mean.
Would definitely suggest not to take it if you are operating any sort of machinery or flying planes or any of that chit lol. At least find your level with the strain you currently have so you don't over do it.

I suspect people are lying when they say they don't get dependent on it after taking it for a long time. Stuff literally gets you high, srs.
Would love to see someone who's been on it for a while try to stop cold turkey and see if they don't feel like chit in a few days, then can't sleep for a week and have cold sweats, etc.Journal: https://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=139898123&page=240

This happened to me. When I first started taking it, I began taking more and more. I was going through some really difficult times and found myself just dosing more and more. When I stopped taking it cold turkey as I found it to be a problematic and expensive coping mechanism, I got a few days of withdrawals. Mostly, it was just restlessness, complete lack of motivation, no energy, this underlying antsy feeling of boredom/nothing is worth it anymore. When you're on kratom all the time it really lulls you into a false sense of security. It's like a nice warm blanket. The psychological withdrawals were much worse than the physical. It took maybe a half week but then I started to feel normal again. Gotta wait for your neurotransmitters to go back to baseline.
It can be very habit forming. Everyone who takes it should be careful.
I currently have red bali, sumatra, and thai. They're all really nice. I used a lot of whites throughout the year to keep myself productive at work. White maeng da and white indonesian were a few I used along with super green malay and green maeng da. Now, the reds are really nice. Things with work and life at the moment are really stressful and uncertain so it helps take the edge off. Also helps me wind down and sleep.*Look at reflection in car window and flex every time crew*

Awaring kratom brahs of better way to take it without tasting it all
Get a swig of fluid in your mouth. Something with citrus like OJ works best, and will actually prolong the effects of the kratom (or so I hear). Then tilt your head back like you're gargling and dump the kratom straight to the back of your throat. Swallow without tilting your head forward. Works 100% of the time everytime as long as you ignore the instinct to bring your head forward.
Also happy hippo herbals is pretty over priced. I started with them but the quickly realized their overvalued and just being marketed to the owner's dick pump fanboys over on goodlookingloser. Most kratom comes from the same suppliers anyways. I've had good experiences with taunton bay soap company (listed as asian tea). Also health body & mind company hbandmcompany . com.

I just quit not long ago, I was taking it daily and multiple times a day for a while. It was a slow but steady process. All the energy and euphoric feeling it initially brought was long gone. I felt like I was taking it to just to feel normal at the end. The worst potential side effect of using it regularly is the death blow to your sex drive. It can kill your libido.
I took it for years in small amounts here and there and that was fine. Once it became daily it was an issue.
I'm not against it but it's not good for me.
You guys thinking about trying it, look into the pros and cons. It can cause hair loss, kill your sex drive, and make you emotionally numb. You definitely feel it wearing off as well, it makes you easily agitated on the way down.
For me personally the only major downside was the fleeting sex drive and being content with doing nothing. The norwood reaper can came close.

kratom feels like a body high for 2 hours.
phenibut didnt effect me really unless I drank it felt x2
I tried kratom in powder with warm tea and tastes like fish food. It was barely drinkable. I need caps for sure.
It was fine but felt like a massive body high (kinda like maryj) but its useless after a good workout

Can any of you brahs link me or suggest a spot to buy some? I bought some capsules from a head shop and they didn't do squat. I'd take 4-5 capsules at once and nothing. They were 600mg capsules Maeng Da Red.
I want something that will make me more sociable/chatty/motivated.
The first time I tried Kratom it was 2 capsules and I felt slightly euphoric/chatty. It was a tiny tiny mist of those feelings. It was nice. Want that again.
Reps for links/PM/info.

this there are a lot of things i could get legally presribed that would help me in more ways than i can count but just having that monkey on your back knowing you will be dependnt on something is enough not to do it. its a catch 22 damned if i do damned if i dont. just prefer to batlle it day by day with an occasional enjoyment here and there

I don't particularly need it or any substance. I just wouldn't mind something in capsule form that I could take in a pinch to lift my mood from time to time.
I've always been an introvert since childhood and I've learned to embrace that. However, there are times as a business owner I wish I was more social and outgoing. It's just not in my nature.
Stimulants like caffeine and kratom can give me that spark to jump on a new project or make that new deal with a vendor/salesman etc.

Not sure if anyone else mentioned this, but there are zero opioids in kratom. Just alkaloids that bind to the same receptors that opioids do, When they bind to the mu receptors, the body releases it own endogenous morphine (endorphines). You wont pop hot on a piss test. It gets a bad rapp because some people have died with it in their systems and its not that well researched so people have ZERO clue what actual role it plays in the body so who knows if it really had a role in their death? But people still freak out and make that false association that kratom may kill you. But to more directly address your question, it isnt somethign that can be abused really. The high is NO WHERE near that of even a lortab or norco. Its not even somethign you can keep taking to get higher. You'll just make yourself sick and be nauseated for hours on end
Ive taken it for years because of my low back. It doesnt work near as good as the Rxs i use to take, but i also had a chit memory then. I dont have that issue now.“That is not dead which can eternal lie, And with strange aeons even death may die.” - The Nameless City by HP Lovecraft

i read deep into a couple years ago, there's a chit ton of studies on it that you gotta really dig deep for to read but the likelihood that its toxic is quite high (can't remember if it was kidneys or liver) with its addictiveness massively underrated based on the numbers coming out of southeast asia where it's actually illegal to possess. And from what I remember there was a very high likelihood it can cause hypothyroidism and areas with greater use had much higher seizure rates than others
its fascinating cause its been used for hundreds of years, straight up outlawed in the countries it originated from 100 years ago, way before the war on drugs nonsense, and has now found itself in western nation gas stationsOfficial LTC representative

it all works well for anxiety i suppose, but i would think relaxation is what you most want. So red vein is best for that. Malay is probably a good center of the aisle. Some red vein strains are better for sleeping, some are good for relaxation but still have some stimulant alkaloids that will make you sleepy, but you cant fall alseep on them
very interesting. I would expect there to be some cons to having an unrefined product like kratom. At least with pain pills, you can chemistry out the worst chit like nauseation and seizures (for the most part)“That is not dead which can eternal lie, And with strange aeons even death may die.” - The Nameless City by HP Lovecraft
