So today I thought I was going to treat myself to a couple of cheat meals for the day. Now, learning from previous 'cheats' I figured I was going to go over 2,000 cals for today so I did an extra cardio session (30 mins on Elliptical @ 160 HR) today at the gym.
Anyways, for lunch I had half of a chicken burrito with nothing but just the seasoned chicken, salsa and the flour tortilla wrap, protein shake for mid-day and for dinner I just had two Johnsonville Chili and Cheese Jalenpeno hotdogs on two slices of Oroweat Heartful bread.
When I finished logging everything in my livestrong.com account, I realized that I actually only consumed 1,500-1,600 appox. calories (which I intake on a non-cheat day) and I also hit my macro for the day.
