So today was my day off, and yesterday was leg day. On my day off if I get bored I usually go to the gym and just do miscellanious workouts.. like abs/cardio. Well I just started a new program monday and I guess I didn't really think about it too much.. is it bad to ride say 20 minutes on the bike when I hit legs yesterday? Thanks for the help.
