My body is weaker than most, small boned, and fat comes easy. My question is if i work out consistently and eat right, and follow a bodybuilder lifestyle, and a genetically gifted mesomorph doesnt, will i eventrually become more strong and cut then them? or do genetics play too big a role, and i shouldnt try and comepete, and just do the best i can? also, i believe i have lower range T levels beacuse of many reasons. Can i take juice more safely because of this? can/should i?
i just hate having lazy ass tv watching, candy eating freinds who have 7% body fat, and built like football players...pisses me off.....
theyve never lifted in there lives...
i am 17.
thanks!

Fixed and revised...
Ok this may be more clear:
My body is weaker than most, small boned, and fat comes easy. I have been working out consistently and eating right, for years. If i continue this lifestyle and a genetically gifted mesomorph doesnt, will i eventually become stronger and more cut then them? or do genetics play too big a role in BBing for me to ever catch up?
I also, i believe i have lower range T levels beacuse of many reasons. Can i take juice more safely because of this? can/should I?

i realize i do not of the genetics of a BBer. But i do not want to just do the best my body can dol; i want to be huge. If i have to take steroids then i will. i just want to know if there's anyhting i can do besides juicing and stuff. I will wait till im like 18 to do roids. It's just that i want to be big and i know my body wont get there on it's own....
i have some of the smallest wrists and ankles i know of. only girls have wrists smaller than mine. am i just not grown yet, and need to give myself time? or am i going to be like this and i should just accept it?
sorry to all, im just frustrated...........! i see my dad and i see the same genetics. i do not want to turn out like him.....what can i do?!Last edited by MyGeneticsSuck; 12-02-2001 at 12:28 PM.

I have really small wrists too, there's not much you can do about that. The advantage of them is that it makes your forearms look way bigger. The difference between two similar people, one being 17 and one 21, is huge. In a few years you'll probably be taller, stockier, and be able to put on muscle a lot easier. Don't mess with any steroids or growth hormone until you're at least 25 or you'll do permanent damage to yourself. However, feel free to pump yourself with creatine, glutamine, protein powder, ZMA, and all that other good natural stuff.

i can't believe im reading this. You are 16, and are considering steroids? I bet you can put on 10 pounds a year and when your about 18 or 19 you'll be looking quite big.
When I started, I was a freshman in high school. I weighed a scrawny 110, which I can contribute to bad eating habits and a lack of exercise. I couldn't even bench press the god damn olympic bar (pitiful, isn't it)
Anyway, once I got my eating habits together and lifted smart, I gained huge amounts of mass, going from 110 freshman year to 182 freshman year in college w/ less body fat (pretty good for a skinny, small built kid). There are no such things as hardgaining kids. Just have patience.

man, don't even think about roids! just leave them to tha pros! they're not sumthin' u wanna mess with. the bad effects of them completely outweigh the good effect. u probably have enough t flowin through ur body anyway. sounds like u need to work more on ur diet. but whatever u do, please don't mess with tha roids man.
