I have Lee Labrada and Bill Phillips' books. The diets are almost identical. Each 5 to 6 times per day. Palm sized portion of lean meat per meal with a fist size portion of carbs. Vegetable portion doesn't matter as long as it's very low calories. My real question, is this a realistic diet for someone that isn't body building? I want to get in better shape, lose fat and not lose muscle mass.
