Im 297 lbs, trying to lose weight, and I weight lift and cardio 5 times a week.
My daily protein intake is 220 gram, but I feel like its alot as im trying to force myself to eat protein shakes and foods, and it takes alot from my calories.
Is it possible to go lower than that, while still building and maintaining muscle growth?
My goal is to have low body fat percentage and muscle when I lose weight to look good

I'm guilty of that sh*t too, waiting for somebody to powder my nuts cuz I did 20 reps of whatever the **** on the bench. Big f*king deal. It is all relative." G Diesel
