Is new White Flood Reborn better than C4

Hello, just started working out a bit ago.

I've tried craze and it wasn't for me.
I then went to WF and it worked well, especially when mixed with Green Mag.

I recently tried out C4 and to be honest, I think it worked better for me than WF.

With the new release of "WF Reborn", i was wondering how does it compare to C4?

I hear many saying 1 scoop of Reborn is = 2 scoops of WF.

The only other pwo i'm thinking of trying other than the reborn is something called "Adrenolyn Cuts", but it's sold in stores only and not online, anyone have any experience with Adrenolyn Cuts as well?

You are trying to compare an intra workout to preworkouts. You claimed there was an unknown blend of aminos. It isn't an amino blend to begin with...


It's like saying "Which is your favorite fish to eat" then answering with "steak"

I really don't think there's that much of a difference between intra and pre. Some intras even tell you to take a little before and a little during your workout.

I said unknown blend of aminos, caffeine, and other fillers.... plural.

Last time I checked, Alanine was an amino, whether in beta or L form.

Core ABC, an intra workout, as you say, claims the following in their marketing: "Proper supplementation before and during workouts can significantly improve performance. That's where Core ABC comes in."

While all three products promote the same exact benefits:

Improved performance including: endurance, energy, recovery, strength, stamina

Aside from the caffeine and stimulants in Reborn and C4, they're not all that dissimilar in what they promise. The application is just different. Core ABC is better to take for the long term, and to saturate your system with, because of the lack of stims.

Guys look in to iFORCE Conquer. It is much better than C4. It has four different types of stimulants so its not just a caffeine base like most. Way more focus and concentration and at a great deal!

This.. great combo

I have had both WFR and C4 and ill give you my 2 cents.

You can see the formula varies differently and we all see that there is 130mg caffeine in c4 compared to 225 per scoop in WFR
Both are great tasting and easily mixing products

WFR gives you:
225mg caffeine
BA
L-Norvaline (To aid in the pump)
and a bigger blend of ingredients.

C4 gives you
130mg Caffeine
1g Creatine Nitrates
and a touch over 1g BA

Both IMO are fantastic and both will be hit or miss on the individual, those who would enjoy a lower stim dose would probably suit better on the c4 as WFR is stronger in essence per serving, but honestly you cannot go wrong with either. I had great results with both products and would suggest both, grab a tub of each and rock it out. Just cycle off between each.

Cheapness usually. The worst is when the amount if yohimbine is not like listed, like they'll you the amount of Yohimbe but not the percentage of yohimbine its standardized for. Yohimbine is not something you just wanna guess the dose on especially if you're stacking thst product with other stimulants

WFRB watermelon tastes good. Not sure if it's better performance wise. But hey, at least they got their taste down...way better than some others I have tried.
