    Fatigue

I've been on a bench powerlifting program with Amraps at the end of the week I platued and couldn't get more reps. How do you determine if you're fatigued versus just a bad week. And if so how many rests days would u take before returning back to the program. Should you use complete rest or can you rest bench muscles while training everything else. Finally when returning from rest should you continue the program with increased weight or should you 'reload' first.

as soon as you plateau, change up regimen. Treat every plateau as the real deal. Stay on the safe side, don't start second guessing stuff. Don't have to rest, just do something else.
