The Adrenal Glands
The adrenal system is exclusively responsible for how the human body copes with and responds to all forms of stress, whether physical, psychological or emotional through the production and release of complex hormones that regulate the storage and production of energy, muscle tone and heart rate. The adrenals produce many extremely important, but often overlooked hormones such as adrenaline, norepinephrine, cortisone aldosterone.
We live in a society in which we are constantly inundated by psychological and physical stress factors. Bodybuilding goals long-term (90days+): To sustain bodyfat at 12-15% year-round dipping to 9% during summer. After the "big cut" I am planning a clean bulk.
Current Training Schedule (detailed please):
On each exercise I've varied my reps between eight and 12, with three sets, unless otherwise specified. I also am sure to stretch each major muscle group after I'm done working it, and right after warm up.
Each day I lift I make sure to finish in less than 45 minutes. Back and Shoulders is the most difficult day for this to happen... that ends up lasting somewhere between 45 minutes to an hour.
Monday: Chest/Biceps.
1 set plyometric pushups (just started these)

Cardio Schedule: I do cardio right after lifting, except for on leg day. Three days of the week I will sprint. Those days, this semester have been tuesday, Friday, and Saturday. Friday and saturday, I will forefo breakfast until I have completed cardio.
Current Diet and macros: 2450 Cal plus or minus 300 spread out along 5 to seven meals. It depends on how long I'm awake, how active I've been or it has been a fasting cardio day. The Macros would look something like:
Protein: 300 g, Carbs: 200g, Fats: 50g
We then have 6:3:1 (P: 60%, C: 30%, F: 10%). I could probably stand to drop the carbs a little and increase the fats somewhat.
Current Daily water intake: one gallon.

Reasons why you are an ideal candidate for RESET AD:
I'm constantly stressed. I am a working student. I also wonder if adrenal fatigue is afflicting me. My weights have not decreased in the gym, but I am starting to lose my "berserker mode" in the gym, and I don't like that. I fit many of the symptoms listed.
What symptoms of Adrenal Fatigue do you experience? My senstivity to stimulants has decreased significantly. I have a difficult time waking up, and staying motivated (I need to be very motivated, I'm a physics student).
How Long have you experienced these symptoms? two years or so.
How many hours a week do you work? Only 20 or so.
Attend classes/HW per week? Classes are only 12 hours, but homework... is 16 +. Then there is studying.
How many hours do you sleep per night? That is prone to vary, but I aim for 7.5.

Bodybuilding goals short-term (90 days): Due to a variety of reasons, being overly-stressed the main one, I haven't worked out in 4 months. I'm just getting back into it, so my 90 day goals are to get used to working out again.
Current Training Schedule (detailed please): Harden up my physique and lots of bodyfat loss. I'm looking too much like the Pillsbury Dough-boy right now.
Cardio Schedule: Three non-consecutive days per week, usually Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday, for 30 miutes.
Current Diet and macros: I haven't really been monitoring it, but I am planning on doing about 3000 calories per day at 40% P, 40% C and 20% F.
Current Daily water intake: Less than it should be, probably about 3/4 of a gallon per day.

Reasons why you are an ideal candidate for RESET AD: I have every one of the symptoms of adrenal fatigue. I work long hours, get little sleep and am fatigued all day. I rely on caffeine to keep me going. Then when I go to sleep it's not very deep.

Current Training Schedule (detailed please):
Four Day Split with one day off, then back on for another four days. Repeat.
DAY 1: Chest/Triceps
Day 2: Legs/Abdominals
Day 3: Back/Biceps

Cardio Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, Friday is low intensity cardio. I walk for about 30-45 minutes in the morning with a 50 pound pack through a trail behind my house.

Reasons why you are an ideal candidate for RESET AD: It feels like I am constantly running on empty every single day. I'm on the phone with my girlfriend 6 hours per day, I go to high school, attend classes at the local community college, work a couple hours every other day, and bodybuild. I've been drinking coffee every day for a few weeks now and I'm not getting the same rush I used to get...I need a way to get more energy.
What symptoms of Adrenal Fatigue do you experience?I can't get up in the morning, and my training partner has to almost literally drag my ass out of bed three mornings per week for cardio. I end up getting energy after I come home from my workout between 5-8pm, and then find it really hard to get some sleep. The sleep I do manage to get is usually not very good and I end up tossing and turning most of the night.
How Long have you experienced these symptoms? It seems I've had troubles with getting up in the morning for around a year now, and trouble sleeping for a couple months. I don't know how long I've gotten that weird burst of energy at night...probably about as long as my sleep has been crappy.
