HEavy Cream
Splenda to taste
Coffee to taste
get about 100ml of cream, 2 packets of splenda. 1 spoon of coffee
mix altogther
freeze for 30 minutes
the outsides and top layer will be nice and firm whilst the centre will be stil liquid
taste awesome

whisk it, add some cream cheese and freeze for about 45 mins. like ice cream!

best recipe on here for keto.. bar none. 32.5 grams of easy fat and no carbs, which is great for someone like me who has trouble hitting 200g of fat each day. i'm having this everyday now haha

i dont kno what instant coffee is but just the stuff you'd buy frm the local store

100ml?? man thats such a tease. I added some water, prob another 30 ml of cream, more splenda and more coffee. She's in there right now so we'll see!

Definately will have to try this one. If it turns out good, Ill be adding it to my Keto-Cookbook!

ohh it is good. But I think it would be better with some blended ice. Kind of like a keto coolata!
